Our Founders
The InnerSpace was founded by the Mother-Daughter team of Zoey Trap and Kathryn Coyle. Both are Peak Pilates Instructor Trainers and Presenters who travel world-wide sharing their passion for Pilates with instructors and enthusiasts alike. Zoey and Kathryn have since moved respectively to South Carolina and Virginia, bringing their talents to new audiences. We are excited to continue the tradition of excellence that they established.
