Pilates is a movement system created by Joseph Pilates to strengthen, stretch and balance the body. Originally named Contrology by Joseph himself, it is a system to coordinate mind, body and spirit. We utilize all the classical apparatus to teach Pilates true to how it was originally created.

Our studio has all the equipment of a classical pilates studio; including a cadillac, reformers, towers, low chairs, high chair, ped-o-pul, ladder barrel, spine correctors, magic circles, toe and foot corrector and more. We offer some non classical appartatus, as well. To round out any workout these include physioballs, foam rollers, dynabands, weights, Franklin Method balls and balance boards. Our studio has everything you need to create a balanced practice from head to toe.
We offer many group Pilates classes, which are all limited to 3-5 students. The intimate size allows our instructors to taylor each class to individual needs. All equipment classes focus on the Pilates Principles of Concentration, Control, Centering, Precision, Flowing Movement and Breath.Read More
